  Probably the best bagels in western mass-- that includes Tandem Bagels in Easthampton. The bagels aren't to big, and it's been a while but I believe they make sure that the seeds/onion/whatever that coat the bagels are distributed on both sides of the bagels, instead of what most places do which is to top one side, and use cornstarch or something on the bottom.
  
  It's a very tiny, place. I'd recommend getting there early or calling ahead if you have a large order.
  
  This place is all about the bagels, don't expect a lot of sandwich offerings. I'd get bagels here and then buy topping elsewhere and prepare the lot at home.

  Real bagels , nothing compared to it. The owner, Alex, told me there are no preservatives in the bagels and you can taste the difference between this and a dunkin bagel for example. Awesome stuff!

  Best Bagels I've ever had, with the house made cream cheese. I hope this place can find a way to stay in business without being chained to Big Y.
